Do you sell to individuals?

No, at this time we sell to businesses with Tax ID.

How long does my order take to process?

Most orders will be processed and shipped with in a 24 48 hour period depending on the size of your order and location of your business.

What shipping options do I have ?

We make deliveries with our own trucks, as well as UPS, or you can pickup at our warehouse.

Do you ship on the weekends?

No. Typically, we ship Monday through Friday, excepted on observed holidays.

How are returns handled?

Returns must be arranged by phone with a member of our Customer Service Team or by clicking our Product Return link. A Return Authorization number will be issued and your purchase credited upon arrival to our facility. A restocking fee may apply.

Do you ship orders COD?

Yes, extra shipping cost may apply.

What are your Site Requirements?
