TERMS: 1% 10 Days, Net 25 Days

PAST DUE CHARGES: 1.5% per Month

REFERENCES: 1 Bank, 3 Local Trade References

NEW CUSTOMERS: C.O.D. until credit is approved

MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimum order for shipping on our truck is $150.00
Minimum order for UPS shipment is $150.00
Minimum order for pickup is $100.00

There will be a $20.00 processing fee for orders that do not meet the minimum.

DELIVERY: Shipping is free in local delivery area to business locations (Residential deliveries will have an added $15.00 charge), All out of town shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse. Any deliveries via common carrier which includes a C.O.D. collection fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

EXPORT ORDERS: Delivered to local pier, airport, or forwarder (at no extra cost). The risk of loss in export sales pass on to buyer’s freight forwarder immediately on delivery of goods to buyer’s freight forwarder.

RETURNS: No returns are allowed without prior approval. Truck drivers are not authorized to pickup merchandise without proper paperwork or express notification from the office. Notification of delivery discrepancies, including merchandise shortages and damages MUST be called or faxed to the OFFICE within 48 hours of merchandise receipt. Sales persons are not authorized to receive notification of discrepancies, issue credit, or pick up merchandise.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Seasonal or special order merchandise is not acceptable for returns.

SHOWROOM HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, or by appointment

PRICING: All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We handle special orders on a guaranteed basis, and they are not refundable.

RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $30.00 fee assessed to all returned checks

CONDITIONS: Title to all non-export goods and merchandise remains in seller until paid in full. The risk of loss in export sales passes to buyer’s freight forwarder immediately on delivery of goods to buyer’s freight forwarder. All accounts due and payable upon receipt of, and according to invoice with no additional discounts. Buyer to pay any and all expenses, commissions and penalties if legal or collection agency is exercised.

Termination: This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from all Monel Inc sites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the 'Materials'). Monel Inc may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials.

Billing Information: With your permission as part of the check out process, deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, Monel Inc employees, or customer service representatives. Monel Inc will never display your complete credit card number on-screen.
